Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership in transportation routing, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements across all modes.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with 3PL providers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams through data analysis and trend identification.
- Developing metrics to monitor carrier performance, leading performance reviews, and implementing improvement plans.
- Managing project plans using recognized tools, ensuring timely execution to meet cost and efficiency goals.
- Facilitating cross-functional meetings, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
- Leveraging data to investigate issues, monitor reports, and escalate concerns to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain systems, transportation logistics, and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
