Overview
Role: Lube and Tire Technician
Perform basic vehicle services including oil changes, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, alignments, and fluid flushes. Responsibilities include transporting customers, picking up parts, conducting vehicle inspections, and maintaining shop cleanliness. Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, minimum age 18, basic automotive knowledge preferred, ability to work five days including Saturdays.
Skills include safe vehicle operation, physical stamina for lifting and standing, and good communication. Must work in varying environmental conditions with PPE as needed.
