Overview
Role Overview: Seeking a Manager to lead AI and agent governance within SAP environments, focusing on designing and delivering AI-enabled business processes across various enterprise functions. The role involves applying SAP functional expertise to define AI responsibilities, access models, approval thresholds, and governance controls, as well as developing frameworks for AI agents including identity, roles, lifecycle management, and monitoring. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as SAP BTP, IAM, security, and AI is essential to establish governed access and support client workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-enabled business processes in SAP modules like Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Develop governance frameworks for AI agents and non-human actors, ensuring proper identity, roles, and oversight.
- Assess risks associated with AI processes and create control frameworks, escalation, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure secure and governed access to SAP applications and data.
- Support client engagement, contribute to methodologies, and promote thought leadership in AI governance.
- Uphold professional integrity and foster a respectful work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of experience in SAP functional consulting, business process transformation, or related technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of SAP processes such as Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain, including workflows and integrations.
- Experience with AI, automation, SAP BTP, APIs, and emerging technologies is highly preferred.
- Understanding of identity and access management principles, including role-based access and segregation of duties.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical AI, governance, and risk solutions; leadership experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
