Overview
Role Overview:
The Manager, UKG is responsible for leading UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) implementation projects, focusing on modules such as UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions.
They will deliver process improvement and transformation initiatives within Workforce Management systems, utilizing advanced analytics and technology-enabled solutions.
The role involves developing high-quality work products based on qualitative and quantitative data, including reports and briefings, while demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Maintaining professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment is essential.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least five years of relevant UKG consulting experience.
- Proficiency and certifications in UKG modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Workforce Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed and work authorized in the U.S. without sponsorship.
