Overview
Role & Responsibilities: This position focuses on reducing supplier quality issues through root cause analysis, implementing temporary and permanent solutions to ensure minimal line impact and high product quality. It involves collaborating with suppliers to drive continuous improvement, supporting problem resolution between manufacturing and development teams, and managing countermeasure activities. Key duties include approving part/process changes, analyzing data to prioritize issues, overseeing problem-solving investigations, and communicating effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, with 0-6 years of relevant industry experience. Skills required include quality assurance, blueprint reading, part measurement, proficiency in Catia/3D and Microsoft Office, as well as strong negotiation and communication abilities.
