Overview
Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, packaging, displaying, and stocking meat products to support store profitability and enhance guest experience. The role requires adherence to safety, food safety, and merchandising standards, with a focus on teamwork and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce meat products according to production plans
- Package, label, and merchandise meat items following planograms
- Stock backroom with rotated and dated products
- Notify managers of supply needs
- Collaborate with departments to support store growth
- Follow safety, PPE, food safety, and cleaning protocols
- Contribute to positive guest experiences
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail or related fields preferred
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret documents
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving bending and twisting in varied temperatures and environments.
