Overview
Role Overview: The position involves completing customer orders by selecting products from warehouse racks, assembling, palletizing, and wrapping items for shipment. It requires operating powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks and working in various temperature zones including dry, refrigerated, and frozen areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate, lift, and handle cases, boxes, and pallets of grocery and related products.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform equipment inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report damaged or low-stock products and utilize proper wrapping techniques.
- Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in order selecting and operating warehouse equipment preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and work in multi-temperature conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
