Overview
Role Overview: Operate a forklift to efficiently move, load, unload, and stage merchandise in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include pulling and staging orders for delivery, handling inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining equipment in a clean, safe condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift safely and effectively
- Unload inbound shipments and load outbound trailers
- Assist with order staging and product relocation
- Maintain equipment and warehouse cleanliness
- Communicate clearly with team members
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience; certification preferred
- Basic technical skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under supervision
Physical & Work Environment: Must frequently sit, walk, stand, lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and work in a warehouse with moderate to high noise levels. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, day/night shifts, and overtime as needed.
