Overview
This role involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to support store operations and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities include producing bakery/deli items according to plans, labeling, merchandising, rotating stock, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth.
It requires effective communication of tasks, adherence to safety, food safety, and guest service guidelines, and flexibility to assist in other departments as needed.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), at least one year of retail or related experience, basic math skills, and attention to detail.
Physical requirements involve lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and working in varied temperatures.
Successful candidates will demonstrate teamwork, safety consciousness, and the ability to interpret instructions.
