Overview
Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to contribute to store profitability and customer satisfaction. The role requires adhering to safety, food safety, and guest experience standards.
Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to production plans.
Package, label, and merchandise products following company guidelines.
Stock backroom with rotated and dated products.
Collaborate with other departments and notify managers for supply needs.
Follow safety, PPE, food safety, cleaning, and guest experience protocols.
Assist in tasks across departments as needed.
Maintain basic math skills and effective communication with team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of retail or related experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, understand documents, and perform basic math.
- Detail-oriented with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Comfort with varied temperatures and environment conditions.
