Overview
Role Overview: This position involves independently displaying and stocking products to support store operations, ensuring a positive guest experience, and adhering to safety and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise.
- Properly fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays.
- Notify management of product and supply needs.
- Maintain knowledge of products and their locations.
- Handle spoiled or damaged products per guidelines.
- Keep departments clean, attractive, and well-stocked.
- Follow PPE, safety, and food safety protocols.
- Adhere to guest experience guidelines.
- Perform tasks in other departments as needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Retail or related experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, stooping, and twisting. The work environment includes varied temperatures and potential exposure to outside weather conditions, with noise levels typically low to moderate.
