We are seeking a reliable CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver to join our team in Hyde Park, NY. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for safely transporting refrigerated goods to various destinations across the region.
**Responsibilities include:**
• Safely operating tractor-trailers to deliver perishable goods while maintaining proper temperature control
• Planning efficient routes and adhering to delivery schedules
• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
• Handling paperwork such as delivery receipts and logs accurately
• Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries
• Adhering to all DOT and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
**Skills needed:**
• Valid CDL-A license with clean driving record
• Knowledge of refrigerated transportation and temperature monitoring
• Strong time management and organizational skills
