As a Team Lead, you will

manage and mentor a team of developers and designers

coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and priorities

ensure platform performance, security, and scalability

stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation

troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly

document processes and provide training to team members
