We are seeking a talented Remote Inside Channel Account Manager - Americas to join our dynamic team based in Santa Ana, California. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners across the Americas region, driving partner engagement, and maximizing revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and nurturing a portfolio of channel partners to ensure mutual success
  • Driving partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement initiatives
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies
  • Providing ongoing support, training, and resources to partners to enhance their performance
  • Monitoring partner sales metrics and developing action plans to meet targets
  • Representing the company in partner meetings, conferences, and events virtually and in person

  • Successful candidates will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with channel sales strategies and CRM tools is preferred.
