Overview
Role: Senior Associate in Global Mobility Services (GMS) responsible for supporting expatriate tax processes and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondence and assist with tax research related to expatriate employees.
- Prepare tax returns, payroll reports, and international assignment cost projections.
- Perform equalization calculations and handle miscellaneous tax forms for expatriates.
- Communicate with IRS and state taxing authorities regarding notices and audits.
- Review payroll reporting and withholding accuracy for expatriate wages.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of three years' experience in expatriate or individual tax.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience at an accounting firm preferred.
- Working towards a CPA or Enrolled Agent credential.
- Strong analytical skills in tax and accounting information.
