Overview

Role Overview:
The Senior Associate in International Tax will advise clients in the financial services sector on complex cross-border tax planning, including mergers, acquisitions, and treaty opportunities. They will prepare tax memorandums, model cash tax leakage, and review tax laws and returns for asset management clients. Collaboration with global teams and other tax service areas is essential to support inbound, outbound, and foreign transactions, as well as investment lifecycle activities for asset managers and portfolio companies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum three years of experience in international taxation within financial services
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. international and domestic tax laws (GILTI, BEAT, FTC, etc.)
  • Strong research, writing, Excel modeling, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in team environments
