Role Overview: A Senior Associate in the Advisory practice focuses on IT-related deal advisory activities, including integration and separation processes.
Responsibilities include: assessing and quantifying IT opportunities and risks, developing action plans, communicating due diligence results, evaluating company IT performance, facilitating IT integrations or separations, offshoring high labor activities, supporting vendor renegotiations, and identifying IT governance improvements. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, implementing solutions, and delivering final project presentations.
Qualifications & Skills: A minimum of three years of external consulting or relevant technology industry experience, with a proven track record in major IT projects such as ERP implementations, outsourcing, reengineering, or infrastructure upgrades. Technical expertise should cover at least two disciplines like enterprise systems, IT architecture, post-merger IT integration, carve-outs, process reengineering, offshoring, or outsourcing. Candidates must possess strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritize diverse materials. Travel willingness and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship are required.
