Overview
Role: Senior Manager in International Tax, responsible for advising multinational enterprises on complex tax planning, business structuring, and cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients on location decisions, entity choices, supply chain optimization, and capital mobilization, assessing tax risks and effective tax rates.
- Assist with global tax planning, considering short- and long-term impacts aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate on structuring M&A transactions, drafting tax opinions, models, and memos to illustrate benefits of different structures.
- Support clients with tax provision preparation, compliance reviews, and financial reporting related to global operations.
- Advise on income tax treaty planning for inbound and outbound investments, and provide services tailored to the investment cycle for asset managers and portfolio companies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of eight years' recent experience in international, M&A, or federal tax planning.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or foreign equivalent required.
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic tax laws, research, modeling, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, lead teams, develop client relationships, and expand market presence.
