Join a team dedicated to feeding communities as a Retail Store Associate. Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service, restocking shelves, slicing deli meats, receiving products, and processing transactions, all while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers
- Maintain proper store conditions, including stocking and cleaning
- Ensure food safety and sanitation in accordance with regulations
- Resolve pricing discrepancies to minimize shrinkage
- Operate equipment such as slicers, ovens, and scales
- Assist in other departments as needed and support store promotions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Helpful retail store knowledge and accurate vision
- Ability to learn product locations and provide courteous service
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks
- Proficiency with operating various food and store equipment
- Some retail experience preferred
