We are seeking a Mid-Level Workplace Training Coach - Composite Structures to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on composite structures manufacturing and assembly processes.
Key duties include:
- Designing and conducting hands-on and classroom training sessions for employees at various skill levels.
